Interviews

Ah, every fanboy's (and girl's) dream - to interview the people responsible for creating their favorite horror movies, television shows, art work, and novels!  This is one section of my blog that I actually have some previous work to put up.  Around the time of Horrorhound Cincinnati 2011, I was planning on a project to examine the concept of horror.  That project met some funding difficulties and was not completed.  However, in the process of preparing to start this project, I had obtained interviews with several big names in the horror industry.  Now, I am going to share these interviews one at a time via this blog.  In addition, I will attempt to interview some additional creators in the area of horror as I go along with this blog.  So grab your favorite piece of horror memorabilia, sit back, and prepare for sweet terrors!

  7. It's been a while since I posted an interview. That makes this seem like a good time to give you the last of the interviews I did at Horrorhound Cincinnati 2011. Any director who has made their mark on the beloved "Friday the 13th" saga is generally appreciated by horror fans. Tom McLoughlin is no exception. See what he had to say about "Friday the 13th Part VI" and the horror genre as a whole in my interview with him here:

  9. What would it be like to face the supernatural head on time and time again? What would the writing of someone who has done this be like? Check out my interview with "Shadows of Somerset" author, Bob Freeman, to get a glimpse into the mind of such an individual.
